Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Home Health Systems. The following provisions set forth the terms and conditions under which Home Health Systems sells its products and services.

Licensing Agreement - The toolkits purchased are provided subject to the terms and conditions in the applicable license agreement.

Payment Terms - All prices listed are in US dollars and payment must be made in U.S. funds.  All orders will have shipping and handling charges added and applicable sales tax added to deliveries made in the State of Georgia . Payment must be received prior to the product's shipment unless other arrangements have been made. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within 30 days, a finance charge of 1 and ½ percent will be charged.

Copyright Protection - The Home Health Systems web site is protected by United States copyright laws. Any private or commercial use of any content on the Home Health Systems web site (images, graphics text, programs, etc.) is prohibited without the prior express written consent of Home Health Systems.

User Responsibility - The User of the Home Health Systems web site assumes all responsibility for use of the Home Health Systems web site. The User waives all claims against Home Health Systems, its officers, directors, employees, information suppliers and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the Home Health Systems' web site.

Applicable Law - User agrees that any dispute or controversy regarding the Home Health Systems User's Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and construed by laws in the State of Georgia and any dispute or controversy shall be prosecuted exclusively in courts located in Glynn County, GA.

Indemnity - Home Health Systems disclaims responsibility for any adverse effects resulting directly or indirectly from the content, from any undetected errors or from the User's misunderstanding of the text. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Health Systems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third party information suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and collection agency fees, resulting from any violation by the User of the terms and conditions.
